Delivery of Goods

Delivery of goods usually takes between 2-6 working days, depending on which part of New Zealand you live.

Delivery time

Rural Deliveries: 2-3 extra days for rural deliveries. Please mention your RD number when placing your order.

Around public holiday periods—please allow a few extra working days. During the Christmas period—please expect courier delivery to take a little longer than usual.

Delivery costs

New Zealand: The delivery cost for orders country-wide is $5.00; a $4.00 rural charge will be added for deliveries to rural addresses. Exclusions for oversized items may apply.

International: At checkout, freight will be calculated based on the weight and size of the goods you order.

Delivery process

In the event that you’re not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card inside your mailbox requesting you to contact our courier company to arrange an alternate time of delivery or you can pick up your order at your local Courier depot.

For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature. If you would like the item to be left on your premises in the event you are not home, please put a note on your order where you would like the parcel to be left and we will ensure this happens for you.

Return Policy

The Freemie Hands-Free Concealable Breast Pump Collection System is a personal use item and for hygienic reasons cannot be returned once opened. This is a single user product, and may be used for single or double pumping.


The Freemie Hands-Free Concealable Breast Pump Collection System is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase. In the event of a verifiable defect that is not the result of misuse, abuse or alteration, Lucourem Medical Ltd. will replace or repair this product at Lucourem Medical’s discretion.  Returns will not be accepted without a return merchandise authorization, which must be obtained from Lucourem Medical’s customer service.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper.
